Are these products for human consumption? +
No. All products sold by Boreal Performance are strictly for in vitro laboratory research and development purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Do you ship internationally? +
We ship within Canada and to all 50 US states (including DC). We do not currently ship outside Canada and the United States.
How do I pay? +
We accept Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). Payment instructions are provided after you place your order.
How long does shipping take? +
Most Canadian addresses receive their order in 2–4 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost after payment is confirmed. US orders typically arrive in 5–8 business days via tracked cross-border delivery.
Are the products tested? +
Yes — every batch is independently verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry. We retain certificates of analysis on file.
What if my package is damaged or lost? +
Contact us at the email on the contact page with your order number. We replace damaged or lost shipments at our discretion.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number (Canada Post for Canadian orders, tracked carrier for US orders). You can also see status under your account.
How do I store peptides? +
Lyophilized peptides should be kept in a cool, dry place. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use within the timeframe specified for that compound. This is general research storage guidance, not medical advice.
